How To Order

Once you have made your selection, click on the “Add to Cart” which will place each item you wish to purchase into your Shopping Cart. If you wish to purchase more than one item, you can continue shopping and when you have completed your purchases, you can review your choices by clicking on the view cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page. This will give you a total of all your purchases. You can then conclude your shopping by clicking on the “Check Out” button towards the bottom of the screen

Your purchase will be processed by following the prompts and payment is conducted off site via a secure third party site..PAYPAL Once you have completed the transaction, the purchase will be charged to your credit card or withdrawn from your bank account automatically.

If you intend buying a Gift for someone else, the billing details will be your own but the Shipping address should be that of the recipient.

We will ship your product as soon as we can. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, we do not back order. We work hard to ensure that items visible on our site are all available, but at times for reasons outside our control items may not be available.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at bigredbox@hotmail.com.au to obtain a return reference and instruction on how to return the item.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at bigredbox@hotmail.com.au to obtain a return reference and instructions on how to return the item.

Due to health regulations earrings can not be returned after purchase.

We do not refund or exchange on sale or discounted items unless they are faulty, so please make your selection carefully.

The customer assumes responsibility for adequate packaging the returned item. Returns may be returned through Australia Post at your cost and risk. If you wish to return an item, you must e-mail us at bigredbox@hotmail.com.au to obtain a return reference and instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without a return reference and not in accordance without return instructions cannot be refunded. On receipt of the returned item, you will be credited the full purchase price of the item minus the postage fee.

For a successful refund or exchange you require:

o Proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.

o Product must be in unused, original condition.

o You must have obtained a return reference number and instruction.

Shipping Policy

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Big Red Box or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Allow 10 - 15 days for any Sleevey Wonders product

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Big Red Box shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Big Red Box shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Colours

While every effort is made to display the colours of our products appearing on this web-site as accurately as possible, colours do vary from monitor to monitor. We thus cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your computer monitor will be completely accurate.
